Grain enters the grain drying unit from the top of the column and is moved to the bottom by gravity.

Drying is carried out by passing hot air through cross-flows. Our special conical air ducts ensure uniform air distribution and uniform drying.

The necessary heat is provided by modern gas (liquefied gas or methane) or diesel burners. The air supply for drying and cooling is provided by special centrifugal electric fans.

Continuous technological research has allowed us to implement a system that guarantees high quality of dried grain.

The control panel with an LCD screen monitors the entire process, especially the temperature and moisture level of the grain.

Our grain drying plants with full recovery guarantee significant energy savings, since most of the hot air heated by the burners is reused in the drying cycle.

They operate on gas fuel and are built directly into the air duct without the use of a combustion chamber.

With their elongated shape, these burners ensure uniform heat distribution in the air ducts for drying. The successful ratio between the maximum and minimum power levels allows drying in the summer with low thermal power, and in the winter with higher power, without any additional interventions.
