Bonfanti CE – grain and oilseed dryers, fully equipped with humidity sensors and full heat recovery. They are ideal for medium and large capacities. One of the unique features of the CE models is full heat recovery, which allows to reduce gas consumption by more than 35%.
Bonfanti flow grain dryers are designed for use in difficult climatic conditions, where there is a high wind and snow load, high air humidity, or vice versa, very low.
Flow type grain dryers model CE with full heat recovery:
- Centrifugal fans.
- Air flow burners: operate on gaseous fuel.
- Control panel: electrical panel with control and monitoring panel. With Siemens PLC and Head Control control unit.
- Energy saving: most of the hot air produced by the burners is returned to the flow and reused in the drying cycle. Energy consumption reduction of up to 25%.
Electrical panel
Control and monitoring electrical panel. Thanks to the programmer and the Siemens 12 color touch screen of the TACSTripleAutomatic Control System, it is possible to automatically change both the operating temperature and the frequency of unloading, constantly measuring the moisture content of the grain in the flow.
Thermal insulation coating
The thermal insulation coating is made in the form of a double high-performance air chamber. This system is a special type of thermal insulation coating, consisting of two separately located metal panels that do not adjoin each other. Between these metal panels, there is an “air chamber”.
Energy saving
Our grain dryer with recuperation provides significant energy savings: a large part of the hot air produced by the burners is returned and reused in the drying cycle. This also allows to reduce energy consumption by up to 30% compared to traditional plants.
