It refers to devices for processing and storing grain crops and is an alternative solution to the problem in the absence of equipment that cools grain in dryers.
Hopper design
The design of the grain cooling bunker includes:
- vertical round body;
- external perforated casing reinforced with tie rings and stiffening ribs;
- pressure distribution system;
- air injection device;
- additional high-pressure fan;
- grain supply and discharge units.
To ensure effective grain blowing, the internal air duct is equipped with an air supply limiting device depending on the level of grain content in the container.
The bunker body is equipped with a conical bottom with a loading nozzle.
The walls of the body are perforated, made of galvanized cold-rolled metal and coated with powder paint for maximum protection against corrosion.
The volume of the bunker depends on the planned productivity by the customer and grain processing according to the standard range and is 40 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons.
