Temporary granaries
For many farmers today, there is an urgent problem with the temporary storage of the harvested crop, especially for those who do not have permanent granaries or silos. Norias
A noria is a device designed to lift grain and other loose materials (meal, pellets, etc.) in a vertical direction.
Our company produces norias of its own design with a capacity of 20 to 250 tons per hour and a height of 10 to 50 meters.
Conveyors
Scraper conveyors, chain conveyors, redlers – a group of grain transportation equipment, the main driving parts of which are special chains with scrapers, which are made of polymer materials. We produce conveyors of various capacities – from 20 to 250 tons per hour and lengths – from 4 to 70 meters.
Gravity grain distributors
The equipment, which, by changing the direction of grain flow from one loading point through eight channels, evenly distributes grain throughout the silo, while counteracting the accumulation of small particles and bran in the center of the storage and improving grain aeration due to uniform distribution. It is operated without the use of motors, belts and automation.
Supporting structures and service galleries
Galleries, transport galleries, super-silo galleries, gallery supports, service galleries – these are metal structures designed to accommodate various grain transport and gravity equipment and technological communications in elevators and granaries.
Gravity equipment
Self-flowing chutes are various pipes and transitions used to independently flow grain through elevators using natural gravitational flow from top to bottom.
